The frugal person in me already feels guilty taking 1 a day though, I am not sure I could take more than one haha. I have been thinking about a heating pad though seriously!Carrie Hetuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00463183105162662640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6161763037661446985.post-25875780240289693092013-02-08T22:51:17.760-08:002013-02-08T22:51:17.760-08:00Thanks for the update. Our Post Office has book exchange. Most people just leave their books there and don't pick up new ones. When you are treating pain, it is best to take the pills on a regular basis. Don't wait until you are really in pain. You want to maintain a constant blood level of the drug. Please, don't try to "white knuckle" it. That increases stress. Massage and foot rubs can help. When my best friend had breast cancer, she didn't like being touched, but she would let me brush her hair and rub her feet. Try it. Thinking of you. Sometimes, I was in and out of a hot tub several times during the night. It was the only thing that seemed to help. Or, maybe you could try a heating pad. Thanks for the update BTW. Much appreciated!! God bless you and your family, sweetie!! <>FancyFreehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02260999843671514464noreply@blogger.com
