Cranberry Orange Muffins

Cranberry Orange Muffins

3 cups Flour
1 cup sugar
2 T. molasses
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup water
3 T. oil
1 egg
2 cups whole cranberries

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill greased muffin pan 3/4 full or a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
