Strawberry Ice cream

Strawberry Ice cream

(Our ice cream maker has the bowl where we take out and keep in freezer to keep it cold)


2 cups heavy cream
1/2  cup fine sugar
1/2 cup mashed strawberries

Mash Strawberries, add sugar and stir in cream, mix well. Pour into chilled icecream bowl while ice cream maker is turned on.

Churn for about 20 minutes then pour into an old cottage cheese or yogurt container and freeze in freezer overnight.
