Carob Peanut Butter Balls


Carob Peanut Butter Balls

1 c. peanut butter
1 c. rolled oats ( we use a combo of rolled oats and rye oats)
3/4 c. carob powder
1/2 c. raw honey
2 T. flax seed powder ( we grind ours in a blender)
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1 T. molasses
4 T. water

(bowl of coconut flakes for rolling about 1 cup worth)


Mix all ingredients together except bowl of coconut. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. This is a delicious and healthy snack that tastes sweet enough for a dessert!
