Chicken Cheesy Nachos



Chicken Cheesy Nachos

2 bags Nacho Cheese Doritos
Sour Cream
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
2 roma tomatos diced
1 can hormel chili with or without beans
4 green onions chopped
2 cups cubed Velveeta Cheese
1/2 cup milk


In double boiler start melting Velveeta Cheese with milk, you may have to add more milk to get the consistancy you prefer.

Cut up chicken breasts in cubes then brown in frying pan with a little butter until done ( about 10 minutes) stirring frequently.

Heat chili to hot but not boiling.

Place all ingredients on table in buffet style so everyone can assemble their own nachos the way they like them!
