Book Review: Living Cuisine by Renee Loux

If you are new to the idea of Raw and Living foods, this book is a must for your home library! I could not be happier with this wonderful, easy to understand, really informative book.

Part 1 of the book covers the basics of why it is beneficial to eat raw foods, enzymes and transitioning to health.

Part 2 covers the Raw Food Pantry along with the equipment and tools for the kitchen

Part 3 is all about Raw Foods Preparation Techniques such as juicing, dehydration, steaming and balancing and developing flavors.

Part 4 are all of her wonderful sounding recipes that even had my 14 year old son saying YUM, when are we gonna try these?

I know this book will be getting read, used, read, used and on and on until the pages are so worn out it will become illegible to read.

I am not sure how useful it may be to an experienced Raw Foods cook but I know for those totally new to this concept or in the beginning stages this book could not be more useful and informing.
