2 cups fresh pineapple cut in chunks
1/2 can coconut milk
1 1/2 cups Ice
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tablespoons sugar
Put all in blender and blend until nice and smooth

had
Oatmeal for breakfast
homemade bread spread with butter and toasted in oven and pina colada smoothies for lunch
Dinner will be
biscuits with white gravy over them and eggs on top served with gingered carrots
