Stuffed Jumbo Shells Alfredo

 
 
1 box Jumbo Shells Cooked and rinsed in cold water / drain
1 cup cottage cheese
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz mozzarella or Monteray jack cheese shredded ( reserve about 1/4 cup)
2 or 3 Italian sausage cooked and cut in small pieces
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. prepared minced garlic
1 T. dried onion flakes
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
 
 
Butter a 9 x 13 pan
Mix all other ingredients together but the Alfredo sauce and set the reserved 1/4 cup cheese aside
Stuff shells and line in pan.
Using spoon cover each shell with Alfredo sauce.
 
Bake in oven at 350 for about 25 minutes.
Sprinkle reserved cheese on top of shells and bake an additional 10 minutes!
