1/3 head of cabbage chopped in 2 inch pieces
1 pound ground beef
3 potatoes diced
2 cups baby carrots
2 onions chopped
7 cups water
7 beef bouillon cubes
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp minced prepared garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 bay leaves.
In 2 quart pot, brown ground beef with onion until browned and onion is clear, drain fat off. Add every thing else, stir well and bring to boil. Cover and turn down to simmer ( around medium low) for about 40 minutes, take out bay leaves and serve.
