Fried Cabbage



2 T. Bacon Grease
1/3 of a head of cabbage sliced and chopped
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 onion chopped
pinch of sea salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

In large fry pan or electric skillet, melt bacon grease on medium-high. Add rest of ingredients an stir well to coat ingredients in bacon grease. Keep Stirring frequently ( turn heat down if too high) and fry for 20 to 30 minutes depending on how crisp or tender you want it.
