Venison Hash

8 medium to large potatos washed and cubed
1 lb ground venison ( you could use any meat really)
1 stick butter
seasoning to taste ( I used red pepper flakes, black pepper and cajun seasoing)
1/2 can green beans (drained)

Place everything but the green beans in an electric skillet and as the butter starts melting use a spatula to stir the seasonings in with cubed mixture really well. Cover.  Every few minutes stir with spatula and keep frying for about 20 minutes stirring frequently. Add green beans and cook an additional 5 minutes.
