Salmon Patties


Salmon  Patties

1 can Salmon drained and bones taken out
1 cup bread crumbs
1 T. miracle whip
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
1 tsp.  prepared minced garlic
1 or 2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno peppers (depending on how spicy you like things)

butter or olive oil

Mix everything in a bowl really well. In an electric skillet melt and heat butter or oil. By large spoonful drop salmon mixture into hot skilled and flatten with spoon to form patty.

Brown on each side for 3 to 5 minutes turning only once.


if you like you can add green onion or green pepper in the mixture as well. ( leaving out jalapeno peppers if you do not like spicy food)
