Green Juice #1
Green Juice and Green Smoothies are a great way to start a day with extremly high health benefits. Not to mention filling you with high energy to get all the things done in a day!
Wash all ingredients first
then in juicer juice
whole bunch of celery, tops included
1 head of romaine lettuce
4 cups turnip greens
2 cups kale greens
4 Kiwi Fruit (peels removed)
6 apples, cored but peels left on
5 carrots
This will fill a 2 quart pitcher then hand squeeze in the juice of one whole lemon, stir well and drink 4 oz glass twice a day!
