Banana Zucchini Bread

Sorry no photos, my family eats it up faster than I can take a photo! A new favorite here!

1 large Zucchini shredded
6 bananas mashed

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups sugar
2 T. molasses
3 eggs
1/2 cup ground flax seeds ( we do this in our blender)
3 tsp. Vanilla

6 cups flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup milk

Mix oil with sugar, blend in bananas, zucchini, eggs and vanilla. Mix flour with baking soda,  pumpkin pie spice and ground flax seeds and add to egg mixture, add milk and stir well.

Pour into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 15minutes!

Best served chilled to let banana flavor to get through breads.
