Fresh Salsa

Fresh Salsa is simple, cheap and delicous to make especially when you have an over abundance of tomatos coming in from the garden!

6 tomato's diced in small pieces
1/2 onion chopped
1 jalapeno pepper seeds taken out and diced finely
1/2 teaspoon minced prepared garlic
2 T. Vinegar ( I used white but you can use apple cider, wine vinegar or what you have at home)

Stir together well and let chill in fridge several hours before serving!

  1. You know what
s so great about fresh salsa (besides that it's fresh)? You don't have to bother with all the canning stuff!
    That looks great!

  2. I agree...not the best at canning. The fresh stuff tastes so much better, and we only have good tomatoes for a couple months anyway!
