    1. Hi Gill, normally I have always used scrap paper as I do not like the generic grocery lists available online.

      I developed this list last weekend as we try to move towards a more healthier way of eating and to be able to keep a print off available when our store ads come so I can just check how much an item on a list I need or want based off sales.

      I also plan on keeping one to use as an invetory sheet to keep track of what I have.

      Being organized is a goal of mine too LOL

    Great list! What's the difference between whole wheat flour and graham flour?

    1. Graham flour is just ground differently leaving more of the nutritious stuff in it such as the bran and wheat berries. It can also give a different consistency in cooking certain things, but in the end whole wheat flour can be used as a substitute in most cases :)
