congrats on your son finding work. I can't get over the price of that house. I guess there can't be many jobs in that area? Is that why the house price is so low?

yeah that is one of the reasons, if you keep an eye out in our area, this type of price is not all that uncommon. Right now there are at least 6 homes all priced under $20,000 here. The farther you go up North the cheaper they can be as well.
DeleteWith some work it would be perfect! And I can't believe a house with that much land is that cheap! What a shame I live in Philly...and the heating would be a nightmare..I wonder if hubby would consider moving.
